Kyoto Japanese Steakhouse

Food was OK but way overpriced for what you get. Ordered 2 side noodles with my meal because I didn't want the rice and they were $7.45 each. Figured maybe an extra 3 bucks but not a chance. Total for 3 people came to $107 after tip for food you could get at a decent buffet for a third of the price. Plus they didn't open till noon, which seemed odd to me. Got there at 11:45 and had to wait in the parking lot for over 15 minutes. There was only one other table of customers while we were there for almost two hours. Don't know how they can even stay open. Maybe a money laundering operation?????? Very disappointed, won't be back.

Very attentive staff. Cook was funny, and food was very good. Way better than I expected. Words can't describe the smiles my wife and I had with the overall experience. Compared to other upper class dining establishment, price is inexpensive

Great restaurant, little load even though there were only 6 tables occupied but it's probably because the bar area was pretty full. Food was very good and waitstaff was wonderful. They took great care of us.

We have eaten at Kyoto Japanese Steak House for many years. The price is very fair compared to other shops, but the service and quality beats everyone else. We've tried a lot of places over the years and always end up comparing them to Kyoto Japanese Steak House. I love the more traditional atmosphere and attire. I also enjoy the serenade when there's a birthday. So fun! I also appreciate that most of the staff has been the for many years. It's so nice to see the same smiling, gracious faces when you walk in.

Went for a birthday dinner. The hibachi show was entertaining. Food was plentiful and very good, plenty of rice and vegetables to go along with your entree. Our server was new but friendly and the atmosphere was lively.
