“I've ate here a couple times. Wings and fries were good. They have a full bar and the place is nice and clean. It has not been busy when I've been here so service has been quick. I'll be back.”

“OUTSTANDING!! Since moving to Texas, we’ve sampled BBQ from at least 8 different places that all came highly recommended. Only today upon trying Blackland, did we finally have an authentic quality Texas BBQ experience! Amazing brisket, perfect ribs, great sausage, and even the smoked Turkey was moist and delicious. It’s definitely kind of a “locals only” place. If you’re going for the first time, don’t sit down and expect your order to be taken! Head to the back where the food truck is inside the garage and place your order! Loved everything we tried - we’ll definitely be back!”

“Stumbled access this place while working near by. It was great. I chose the Chef Salad because I wanted a light meal . I was shocked at the size of it. Ham and Turkey were plentiful and the amount of thick bacon crumbles made it a hit. The ranch dressing is one of my new favorites. I couldn’t eat it all and trust me I am no rookie when it come to conquering large portions. My co worker got the sirloin steak and loved his as well.”

“Authentic Hispanic cuisine - but expensive for the quality and portions. Service is slow just like South America also. Worth it for the authentic flavors. Their refried beans are some of the best we’ve had anywhere!”

“Burritos were good but a bit small for the price. I spent $16 on 2 potato and egg Burritos and 1 bean and cheese Burrito and I just wish they were a bit bigger. Good flavor of beans. The potato and egg were just basic potato and egg. I can recreate that really easily at home for cheaper.”

“If you want the best burger in town. Sweet shop is it. The wait is a little long during lunchtime because everyone wants a burger from here. The old school drive up feel makes me live it even more. Prices are also excellent.”

“We stopped to get breakfast while on our way to Lubbock. We ordered gorditas. They were freshly homemade and delicious. We were a bit surprised though that the gorditas were corn and not flour as we are used to, but still good.”

“Short handed on help. Food about par for BK they only thing they forget was the cheese on the whopper the fries didn't look all that good but surprisingly were pretty good. So in the post covid world where your lucky to find someone to work for less than $30 an hour who knows the difference between a slice of cheese and a tomato they did ok.”
