Brisket Love

Felt welcome as soon as we walked in. The staff was helpful and knew the menu items well. Had trouble deciding what I wanted because everything sounded so good. Decided on the brisket and sausage plate. Brisket was juicy and tender. Overall it was the best brisket I've ever eaten. The sausage was not to overpowering. Nice blend of pork and spice. Loved the beans with chopped beef and pork. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a great meal with great hospitality. Looking forward to coming back.

Our Life Group of 18 adults ascended at once along with about 30 other people at one time. The line moved pretty hood.
The brisket tasted fabulous, was so tender it fell apart in my fork just trying to pick it up. I am a tough judge when it comes to my brisket, I give this place an A!! Very clean and lots of helpers around if you need anything.

This place is What's Up In Lindale!!! Excellent brisket & sausage! Potato salad that will make your grandma jealous! Kids plates all affordable good country eating! Staff is exceptionally friendly! Wonderful atmosphere and the screened in bar area off main eating area is an excellent touch to a full dining experience!

This place has hit it out of the park! I look for this place to make it in the Texas Monthly Top 50 Barbecue Restaurants in the State of Texas !

Brisket was outstanding with a nice bark and a very good smoke flavor, but not overwhelming. Ribs were perfect. Much better than most places in the area (and I have had them all). Sausage was great with just the right amount of spiciness. Beans and stewed okra (veggie of the day - nice feature) were very good - definitely not run of the mill regular beans and it was a nice change. Wife didn't care for the coleslaw and I tried hers and agree it wasn't for us. It wasn't run of the mill slaw either.

Service was excellent and staff was very friendly and helpful. A pleasure to see and interact with. Atmosphere was what I consider a good solid barbecue restaurant atmosphere. Well thought out and planned.

Pretty decent BBQ. Better than I expected. Seems like it will be a fun place to get a drink and listen to live music too. Brisket was good with a nice bark, pulled pork was good and tender, the ribs did disappoint a little but probably a personal preference. The BBQ sauce is really good. The pickles are good. Look forward to trying it again.
