    A small diner type place with a drive through, manage your expectations BUT... Ok this is based on one visit and one item, the steamed dumplings. They’re standard dumplings, which is a good thing, honestly. What got me is the sauce. Usually a dumpling sauce is a sweetish version of a teriyaki or soy sauce, but they actually blend their own here. Think that’s a small detail? Sure, but if they do that for the sauce, it’s a very good sign. It reminded me of the sauces I’ve had in San Francisco. A bit tart, just the right amount of spicy, with fresh green onions chopped into it and the tell-tale stratification of the sauce blends that means they did it themselves. Noice.
