“Love this place! It's clean, modern, has great seating both inside and out. The coffee was incredible; I'll definitely be coming back for the Grand Oaks latte! Love that they have plenty of healthy options.The outdoor seating is great for groups, and they even have a little play house for the kids. They are conveniently located right on the legacy trail. My daughter and I rented a bike/scooter and had a blast. Will definitely be coming back!”

“Panera Bread is always great, and yesterday was no exception. I took my son there to eat dinner. We decided to get Mac and Cheese for my son and got the Summer Corn Chowder for me. Both meals tasted great and the side of bread was perfect with the soup. We sat out on the covered patio, which in the summer heat should be pretty hot, but instead it was nicely shaded and cool. The service was friendly and made the overall experience exceptional.”

“I went in late (around 11pm, this location is one of the few in tyler that is 24hrs) which is usually when they are moving slow. There were 3 cars ahead of me, so I assumed it was going to take forever. I placed my order (which I had requested extra BBQ sauce) and hunkered down. To my surprise, the line moved much faster than I expected, and withing 7 min I had fresh food, the correct amount of sauce and I was on my way home. Not all locations are this efficient when they're at full staff so this skeleton crew really knows how to make it happen! I was very pleased and will return.”

There is a wide selection of both board games and card games, a variety of tasty treats, and several rooms where you can go to enjoy your time in privacy. “I eat here several times a month. On average, service is fast and accurate. Facilities are usually very clean and well maintained. The food is McDonald's, so you know exactly what you're getting. Occasionally there are times when service is slow, or they don't seem to be functioning at peak efficiency, but maybe that's just new crew members being trained. Definitely a well-run franchise.”

“We went for our first visit on Sunday night. There were guests but not overly crowded in the dining room. We waited through an inning of the World Series with no one to take our order. Finally, asked the hostess and she was not happy to help. However, a wonderful young lady soon arrived and we ended up having a great meal and a fun evening. The shrimp fondue is really delicious. They have tasty Cajun food here with excellent drinks and big portions.”
