Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen

My first visiting and it was great! The staff wasn't polite though, they were better than polite. It was like they knew you and we were coming to hang out. Very relaxed, the food was freaking fantabulous! I will definitely make sure to visit again!

By far, the most exceptional seafood quality, service reliability and enjoyable atmosphere of any restaurant in Dallas. This has been our seafood go-to for 18 years and is always wonderful. The menu variety is unmatched and “it’s all good”. Our latest visit was Sunday, March 3rd, and we sat at a booth in the bar.

We visited today and the service was awesome! They have some of the brightest and upbeat waiters and waitresses. The food is outstanding. Stuffed shrimp with Everett Sauce is everything!!! Finished it off with with a beautiful strawberry cheesecake with extra strawberry sauce WHAT A DELIGHT!!! Everyone was so attentive and insured all of our questions were answered to the optimal levels. The waiters enjoy walking people through the menu and helping guests feel comfortable about their choices. They genuinely are concerned if you are happy with your choices. I heard the waiter ask the couple behind us "Is this your first time or have you been here before" That meant everything to me.

My mother and I visited this establishment on New Year Eve. From arriving and seeing the long line of people waiting, I felt comfortable we were in the right place. It did not take long for us to be seated. My mother had a walker and the wait staff offered to move it to another location so we could be more comfortable. The entire wait staff provide outstanding service. One young lady, whose name I have forgotten, was able to give us information about an event we were attending at the Potters House Church. My mother's initial entree was not what she had expected, no fault of the establishment. The wait staff was quick to offer her the menu to make another selection. If I were to visit this area again, I would definitely dine here.
