On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina

We had great service today at this On The Border and the food was excellent! This was our first time at this location in Arlington. The district manager happened to be there today. She was extremely nice and professional. She actually came over to introduce herself to us. She wanted to make sure the food and service were above par! And it definitely was above par. Highly recommend!

We had a booster club meeting for our high school orchestra here. Dillon was THE best waiter I've had in a long time !! He knew what we needed BEFORE we did and had already delivered!! He even went outside and lowered the sun shades to keep the sun out of our faces without us asking! He went above and beyond!
I spoke with the manager, Bethany, about how wonderful he is! She needs 10 more like him!!!????

It was a busy Friday night. We (a party of 4) had almost no wait time to get seated. Food was great, staff was friendly, place was clean and welcoming. Will definitely return when we're in that area.

We had just walked out the south Grand Prairie location due to horrible service and this location made up for all of it. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and sat without any waiting. Then Brianna introduced herself as our waitress and took our drink and appetizer order. She was kind, attentive, pleasant and swift with our every need. The cooks in the kitchen also deserve a kudos for an amazing properly cooked to perfection lunch. We took a moment to talk to the manager Bethany who at first was concerned something was wrong but to her surprise we just wanted to commend all of the staff on such a wonderful experience. Thank you all again! 5 stars well earned!!!
