(April 19, 2019, 3:12 pm)Our group ordered the Chicken Shawarma and Gyro lunch specials. My gyro was excellent!! They let me replace the fries with a salad. The owner came out to greet us. Nice fellow.

(April 7, 2019, 3:07 am)I’ve always felt the best judge of a Mediterranean restaurant was how they portion hummus to pita. Taste is important as well, of course, but, anyone can make great hummus with the right palette. I can safely say Amira’s has nailed it across the board! Their gyro sandwich is also very flavorful and authentic. Happily we’ll be coming back for more.

(April 2, 2019, 7:34 pm)Food was amazing! Was looking for a new place to go with co-workers and Amira's was the perfect place. Read good reviews and tried it. Did NOT disappoint. Seasoning was on point and the rice was so tender and tasty. I will be back!! I got spicy chicken shawarma and co-worker got gyro plate. Both were excellent.

They just recently opened up in an old diner, so don't expect lines out the door, but the food is so good that I don't expect that to be an issue for too long. I definitely recommend you try them out, especially if you love Arabic and Mediterranean styled food!
