Steak 'n Shake

The customer service was excellent. Unusual because the girl was very young. She was very polite and well spoken. Made sure my order was correct and all with a smile to boot. I asked to speak to the Mgr and she asked if she had done anything wrong... I said no you did not. She called the Mgr and I told him that her customer services skills were on point. That it was refreshing to see that. She smiled and covered her face shyly and the manager and all her coworkers cheered for her!! Nice experience Steak n Shake!!!!

Little shocked when we walked in. They had the self service kiosk machines. I like the concept especially in these new times.. Hadn't been to this location in a while. It was pretty empty. I thought it was closed when we pulled up.

The burgers were good and the fries were fresh.

The lady that took my order was really nice. The food was subpar. I ordered "chili mac" and the chili was good but the other red sauce poured on top was sort of this weird extremely tangy thick hot sauce like condiment (leave that off if you want to try this) and this was all on top of spaghetti noodles, not macaroni noodles or mac and cheese, so that was confusing. May try it again because I know what to expect next time.
