(June 29, 2019, 7:32 pm)I called to place in order and they picked up the phone and put me on hold for 10 minutes. Never got in anwser so I was forced to order online ! Poor customer service. I always have troubles with this wing stop! But unfortunately this is the closest one to my work. They employees need to do more training on customer service. No need to be placed on hold for that long especially when they arent busy !

(April 9, 2019, 4:43 am)This is the best Wingstop I've ever been to. The staff was friendly and helpful and didn't mind several questions. The food was kept warm when I was a few minutes late for pick up. The food was fantastic and this is the only location that actually cooked mutt fries well done when asked to.

Part of my order was messed up and so I called to find out what my options were and the manager replaced the entire meal since by the time I'd get there and come back my original fries and stuff would have been cold! Super friendly! And made my fries perfect (I ask for them well done) and the ranch here is my absolute favorite wish I could buy a bottle of it!
