    Chicken over cooked and blackened. New staff and better cooks would help this local community. California main chain of chicken cant prosper here

    Love Pollo Loco, but this location definitely needs to step their game up. Due to every visit in the past resulting in a wrong order, we swore to never come back here again. HOWEVER, Erica served me tonight and was very helpful and friendly. My order was correct for the first time in months. Thanks, Erica. Hope you get props!

    I love this place! Perfectly located next to my gym so I can get some clean protein and carbs when meal prepping gets old. The staff has always been professional and the place is kept clean. My only complaint and it's small and inconsistent.. but recently it seems the chicken used in items like bowls or burritos are badly charred and taste bitter. Still not enough to push me away.. just an observation.

    Went in for lunch and had the classic chicken tostada salad. It was very good and tasty. The chicken was high quality. The beans and rice we're good, the lettuce was fresh. I will frequent this place again.
