Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen

The first thing I noticed was how peaceful and warm the patio was despite the cold weather. We sat inside, which was loud for my liking. No wait at 730 Saturday night. The server couldn’t hear me and didn’t lean in to me, so I had to repeat myself, yelling. He failed to give recommendations and when asked, failed to give recommendations from the menu. Inexperienced, but he was trying. Butternut squash risotto was grainy. House salad was good. Bread was great and butter was even better. Family said their naked fish was excellent. Their salads are huge, definitely worth the price. Bread, water, and lemon slice refilled quickly. Expensive for the experience.

Our waiter Jake was hilarious ..told us some old school jokes n had us laughing! Very welcoming n down to earth! The food is great ..everything combined ..Jake..the food..definitely worth every penny and more!..Jake keep being Awesome You!

Great seafood, carefully and creatively prepared. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the ambience is nice with sea details and beautiful art deco lighting. We went there twice on consecuetive days and both evenings were memorable!
Go there! You can't go wrong!

Pappadeaux is, and has for some time been, one of my absolute favorite places to eat. That I got to enjoy it with my youngest daughter in quiet celebration of her birthday made this trip genuinely special .
Knowing going in that it is one of the more pricey restaurant choices did not make it any less painful when the check arrived at our table. But, as usual, the service and food were outstanding. As always it was the company enjoying the meal that made it uniquely memorable.
Great experience per usual.
