    Gawd dang this is some good bbq. It also has pecan pie.

    The wait wasn’t bad, close to my gate at least.

    One thing I would say; learn what burnt ends are. The preparer threw out some of the best part of the meat; that black burnt part. That’s the most delicious part!

    Maybe keep some to the side and offer it as a freebie or something? I don’t know but it seems such a waste.

    For a change I just had a baked potato. Steaming hot and delicious. Much better than the usual burger or sandwich. Yay.
