Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen

Much better than I expected. I ordered the seafood salad, which was about $20, accepting the fact that I'm in an airport and I'll just live with a mediocre small portion for double what the cost should be. Boy was I wrong! When the salad arrived, not only was I shocked at how huge it was, but also that it was a masterpiece of fresh ingredients arranged in a great presentation. It was loaded with fresh shrimp, real lump crab meat, avocados, quality bleu cheese, delicious bacon, and chopped egg. I was hungry, and I could only manage to eat half of it. Service was friendly and attentive, and my server offered to box the rest for me, but sadly there was no way it would have survived the next five hours of my trip. Next time I'm in DFW terminal C I know where I'm eating, but only if I'm traveling with someone willing to share a seafood salad.

Top tier service at the bar from Malisa and the food is great. Not great for the airport, but legitimately great. Cobb Salad with Shrimp is fantastic.

Service 10+ stars. Food 10 stars. I just can't say enough about this place. A little freaked when I seated high top communal but I met soooo many neat people. Do. It. Recommend gumbo and Mahi. And dessert. And wine. Tip well. They deserve it. Great group.

A gem in a horrible airport. I was pleasantly surprised with the fresh tasteful food at this airport restaurant. I had the Cobb salad with shrimp and lump crab. The shrimp was fresh and delicious...not frozen. I can’t speak for the other food and would never think to give a restaurant in an airport a 5, but I think it’s well deserved compared to other airport food I’ve eaten.

Excellent! I thought eating at DFW was going to be a disaster. Service was exceptional. Food was very tasty and seasoned. Would definitely go back. I went through Terminal C, also.
