This place is fantastic! Great pizza, especially the crust. Great craft beer. And the owner (I think his name is Tom) is extremely nice and accommodating. We sat outside in the patio area with our dog, which is a very nice space, and he went out of his way to set the TV up for us. He even served the pup some complimentary water and a whole freakin doggy pizza with pepperoni and sausage! Who does that?! Only pizza bar none, that’s who! Totally underrated, I don’t know why this place isn’t packed every single evening. I wish I could give 6 stars!
1. When a friend who lived in New York for 19 years invites you to a place he says is the best pizza in Fort Worth, and just like NY pizza, you listen and check it out. The test: plain cheese pizza. Amazing. Delicious, perfect. That alone is a reason I’ll be going back quite often, but the main reason is 2. Family business. The father and son were very inviting and friendly. The minute we walked in last night, it felt like we knew them as friends for quite some time. (Granted, my buddy has been there twice before) The son took the time to repeatedly ask if we needed anything, how the pizza was, etc. The father came by and chatted with us and told us about his pizza background, love for Fort Worth, etc.
I will definitely be going back and highly recommend PBN.
Nice little place. Had a slice of veggie. Ingredients were good and seemed fresh, but the crust didn't do it for me.
