Potbelly Sandwich Shop

The place was clean. The chicken sandwich I ordered was really good and flavorful. They have a variety of sandwiches to choose from. You can't go wrong with whatever you choose.

Simply the best sandwich shop! My only dislike is that I have to drive from Florida to Texas just to partake in the epic shop. This place has always been a favorite and I appreciate their non-compromise approach to creating such an amazing taste and quality.

The food was good. I ordered the Mediterranean and had the broccoli cheddar soup on the side. Both had great flavor. And the service was okay. Employees were friendly, for the most part. The bathroom needed some attention, but overall the place was clean.

I give only three stars because I feel that the price is too high for what I received. At Subway, at least I can ask for more veggies on my sub and actually get them without paying more.

And when I went back to ask if I could get some crackers or croutons for my soup, the lady was hesitant and asked me if they were for me or someone else. In my opinion, I paid for my soup and I should be able to get crackers if they are available...whether I plan to eat them myself or share them with someone else.

If I return, I will be more likely to get a salad.

Also, I just noticed that the owner has a canned response for people who do not write favorable reviews. The people who tell of positive experiences receive responses unique to their review. The canned response just tells me that you really don't care about my experience at your restaurant.
