Ordered the wrong burger (way to spicy cowtown vs cattleman) and manager offered to remake my meal. It was unnecessary but very nice and above and beyond. I really appreciate it and so doesy stomach. I also witnessed the manager training a new employee and they handled it very well. I was impressed. Hands down best floor manager ever. Ty so much.
Great food but I have to give it a 4 instead of a 5 because I ordered a plain hamburger for my son and it came out with cheese. I know it isn't a big deal so I went up and told then the situation and the girl behind the counter asked, "are you sure got ordered a without cheese" which I found kind of rude. I ensured her I ordered a hamburger because my son is allergic to cheese (which is true). She made an honest mistake but she should have just got the darn burger in three first place.
The food was good, however don't go there for the atmosphere as there is none. The seating is very very uncomfortable as they are only wooden benches. However the food was good enough it I will probably return.
This is a very try worthy place, the food was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. This was without the best burger I have had in a while, patty was perfect as well as the fries were nice and crisp. It didn't leave a greasy bogged down feeling, just a nice fullness.
Had a big to-go order that was spot on. The manager made sure I had everything I needed. Helped me carry food to the car. Food stayed warm and my very rich and very fancy friends enjoyed the delicious cheeseburgers. Fries are always hard to keep good though. Maybe science could get started on that. Anyway. Go Kincaid's!
