Grub Kitchen + Bar

Recently opened restaurant, just east of Pei Wei, on Heritage Trace. Had the California chicken sandwich and fries. Sandwich was tasty and the chicken was well grilled, without being dry. Fries were the best I've had in a long time. Thicker than shoestring style, with a dusting of seasoning. They were fresh from the fryer and stayed hot for quite a while. Only negative was the noise level. There is very little sound abatement material and lots of tile. Service was quick and friendly.

The burger I had was so juicy and had so much flavor. Definitely some of the best ones I've had.
Free refills on drinks as well.
Chips and queso was surprisingly good as well compared to other more Mexican oriented restaurants.

I loved the interior and the atmosphere as well, was very modern but comfy too, not too loud nor quiet when I went.

Joe.. this one’s for you bro. Also the assistant manager is awesome. I may just write a book. If you want the very best atmosphere and food then here you will go. So delicious is the food but damn if Joe isn’t worth the risk of eating something different.. no risks here, just a great staff and delicious food.

The prices are GREAT! So excited to get dinner for less than $30. My husband loved his burger and onion rings. I got the wings and the sauce was really good but the wings were super mushy. We will definitely be back, hope to have a meal I enjoy more because we were really pleased with everything else.

Great service, great food, great atmosphere. The staff seems to genuinely care about the customers having a good experience, and the food isn't bad either. We need more restaurants like Grub in the Alliance area to be honest. To Grub: Way to come in and set a positive tone, and a high standard for other restaurants to try to compete with. Keep it up!
