First Watch - Alliance - Now Open!

I love First Watch. But this one is my less favorite.
Maybe because it’s new.
I’ve been there three times. The food was not bad but Sometimes the coffee didn’t taste right.
The service was not okay okay. I think they need more training.
I had to ask for silverware, crayons or the water I asked earlier AGAIN.
Next time, I’ll definitely go to another First Watch or other brunch restaurants.

First Watch is always a gourmet delight and the Alliance location does not disappoint. A wonderfully contemporary and stylish approach to brunch. We were greeted and seated promptly. It was busy as usual and the wait time for our meal was about 30 minutes. Fresh ingredients and cooked to order, it was worth the wait. Highly recommend.

My wife and I enjoy discovering new breakfast location and definitely had to try out this place. The decors inside was modern meet farmhouse - pleasant to the eyes, nicely done. Michele our waitress was very friendly and helpful in exploring their menu. We started with a Morning Meditation drink, delicious full of fresh fruits and energy. The Farmhouse Skillet was excellent, the potatoes were cooked lightly crispy on the skin and soft inside. The over-easy eggs were done correctly and the bits of bacon were crunchy. The Healthy Turkey omelet was done perfectly, stuff full of fresh spinach and chunk of yummy turkey pieces. Feta cheese were sprinkle on top and lace inside, not my favorite cheese but did give the dish characters. Both dishes came with toasted multi-grain bread and freshly made jam, lovely complement to it. Overall a lovely place to meet for healthy breakfast or for a family brunch- we’ll definitely come back.

Newest location. Seems bigger than the others. Has a breakfast bar you can sit at and outdoor patio seating. Nice menu with a variety of breakfast and lunch items. Service was quick for a Saturday morning. Arrive before 9 and you will miss the line. Food was delicious. Coffee is delivered in a pot which allows you to refill as needed. Water comes in a jug, same concept. Prices are a little higher but worth it based on the food quality. No issues w the staff. They were friendly and helpful.

Our first experience with First Watch. They get our 5 Stars. Here's why... Outstanding service (Thanks Server, Rene!), delicious food (Thanks chefs), clean and modern atmosphere (Thanks designers) and welcoming staff (Thanks staff!). So, was it ALL perfect? Naw, the skillet was overcooked... but wait............. There's more...... They took it back, took it off the bill AND brought me a second one perfectly done (Great customer service). Second, we didn't wait excessively for food but it's not a fast food restaurant but a quality one. We had to wait a bit, not too long, the business was brisk and lots of customers. Large patio and would be great ....oh maybe not on hot Texas days!!

The pancakes (we tried one with blueberries and one with banana granola). ONE large one is sufficient .... trust me. The fresh fruit was awesome. It was ALL good. Give it a shake, you'll be glad ya did. Posted lots of pics.
