Perrotti's Pizza

The 5 stars are only for a girl working there named Amanda. Honestly, I was about to give up on this place. I went to TCU and have been ordering from Perrotis for a long time. VERY inconsistent pies and the customer service has been second rate throughout the years. Sad because when they are on they are ON, but when they are off...oh boy. Had a VERY bad experience the other night that would have resulted in a scathing review by any other "keyboard warrior". Pie was late (by hours), cold and was sparsely topped. A real whomp whomp. If it hadn't been for a girl working there named Amanda we would now be ordering from somewhere else, but she made things right. NO excuses. She was apologetic and accountable. Rare in this world. We now only order from Perrotis because of her. If she ever leaves we will be ordering our pies from somewhere else, but for now Perrotis it is.

Pizza was delicious! Gael was awesome he was very nice and professional and quick. I will definitely be coming back.

We stopped here for lunch on the way back from our trip. We had a group of 10 (4 adults, 6 teenagers 13-16). We waited about 30 mins, which for a group that size is OK. The pizza was very good I thought and the teenagers loved it. The staff that we had was great and very friendly. Can definitely recommend this place.

Only one gent working to take orders and make pizzas late at night on a Saturday night. He was slammed, but courteous and had our pies out quickly (which were great!). Parking can be a challenge, but make use of the garage next door for easy in/out. Spartan interior, but it works for a spot that's mostly carry-out and delivery.
