    Amazing little hidden gem. I have nothing to compare it to as this was my first visit to a "traditional" NY style Deli but everything was fresh, flavorful and awesome! Cash only FYI. Oh and they serve BEER!!!! ????

    An old staple of deli food in Fort Worth Texas. Their pastrami sandwiches are very good. I recommend the Ruthie and the Rachel.

    Carshon's Delicatessen is definitely one of the best places I've ever eaten. Everything is fresh and lovely. I wish they were open later, or just all the time. I would hit up Carshon's in the middle of the night if I could. I finished the Rutherford this time and I ate it so fast and I was so full, and as I was leaving I wished I could continue eating. Damn fine eating, Carshon's.

    The sandwiches were stuffed with meat! We had several different ones and they were all wonderful. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Great spot for all ages. Bring your cash or check. No credit cards

    Since 1928 Carshon's Deli is the Very Best Deli in Ft. Worth. Great Pastrami Sandwich, Kosher Dill Pickle, Fantastic Salads, Dr. Brown Soft Drinks and Lemon. Pictures from turn of the Century. Fabulous Service. Family owned & operated. Near TCU.
