The last two nights I found myself at Blue Crab! It’s definitely a great spot for good food and great hospitality!!!! Liza was everything from the time I came in she was attentive. From offering a drink as I wait and a great conversation full of laughs. You definitely have to stop by if you looking for great food and I do mean great food and even better hospitality...Liza you rock!!!!!
This is NOT the place to eat if you are gluten free or have allergies!
Basically all you can eat is plain lettuce or plain fish.
The menu looks fantastic, but they either cannot not or will not make the effort to accommodate those with allergies.
Ate "plain fish" - the shrimp, scallop, and lobster mix. The scallops were delicious and buttery, the shrimp were a little over cooked, and the lobster was great.
If there is a next time I'll have to bring my own salad dressing.
My plate was empty of appetizers as they had nothing GF.
Most of the food was amazing! One of my scallops had sand on it, but otherwise it was really good. It's a little pricey, but if you have the money I'd say it's worth it
So delicious. Everything about their food and drinks was very well done and well prepared. (Bacon wrapped scallops are LIFE) We had a very large group and the servers were attentive and prompt, in spite of the number of people. Management was also very kind and personally went over the menu with my sister who has very specific dietary restrictions.
First time dining experience here. Arrived just in time for the happy. Great way to try out several appetizers with some fantastic drinks. Everything ordered was recommended by Jason the waiter. He really knew the menu and didn't just blankly recommended the most expensive items. Ordered the seafood trio. The shrimp, scallops, and lobster were amazing. Followed up with the bourbon bread pudding.
Highly recommend this place and ask for Jason.
