Chili's Grill & Bar

Food was good. It all came to the table hot. Chili's must be a franchise because everyone of them seems just a little different. Maybe its just the location. We all had a good experience here.

We eat at this Chili's frequently. I recommend sitting in the bar area, we just get way better service there rather than the dining area. Seems like regular patrons have figured that out as well. Have had lackluster service in dining area but never the bar side. One complaint - get rid of the Ziosk, they often don't work and are frustrating when they do.

The bartender and bar back were overwhelmed!

The bar tender being so overwhelmed kept people from asking questions about food suggestions.

My order was short shrimp and then it took too long for my shrimp to cook and come out after the bartender let the cooks or kitchen know.

On a evening when Chili's is having a birthday event and offering drink specials they must have at least 2 bar tenders and a bar back.

My food wasn't anything to brag about either.

Our waitress was on the ball! We were starved. Appetizer and food came quickly and food was so hot you knew it was fresh. Wonderful experience. I love the molten lava and presidential margarita. Be sure to get both. You will not be disappointed.

Overall everything was fine. The food came out and it was hot. I had an issue with the rice having hard uncooked pieces mixed in. I had a very tough time trying to chew it to the point where I had to order a new batch of rice with all light colored pieces. Once I received the new rice everything was great. If you order rice at this location make sure to get it all light colored for nice soft pieces. The burger tasted really good. I recommend burgers from here.
