(April 8, 2019, 2:05 am)We have ate at this OTB pretty much every week for the last 6 years or so. The service and food has always been excellent. Eduardo, the general manager, takes very good care of his customers and goes out of his way to make sure everyone is happy with their food and service. Megan is the server that we always ask for. She is awesome, very attentive to her customers and always provides excellent customer service.

(December 31, 2018, 1:52 am)Had a great experience at the Grand Prairie location. Alex and Christina took care of us and followed up with us several times. I was there to celebrate my birthday and Alex went out of his way to make me feel special. I live in Mansfield, but will drive here because of the service and atmosphere.
