First time being at this location. Went during lunch time and went through the drive thru pretty quickly and my order was perfect. The only thing was the rep at the window didn't greet or thank me so that part of the experience was a little dry for me but I would go back again.
Great food. New useful technology. Fatty good times.
I'm just giving three stars which is unlike me because I'm usually pretty fair. First off the credit card machine was down and since you have to go all the way around the highway because their location is kind of awkward I had to walk to the corner store next door to get cash. Dairy Queen is good but I feel like my food could have been a lot better. I think that the workers at this location that I went to during lunch hours need to get their stuff together and take the little more pride in the food that they make and this location could go a long way. I do love Dairy Queen though.
Very good ice cream and burgers. Just I remember as a kid. Good location on old route 66. A good place to stop for some ice cream or a quick meal after spending the day at the Grand Canyon.
Reduced staff and lower motivation will lead to the poor service that I've been receiving. I only ever stop by for my lunch break (evening time around 8p) when I'm dumb enough to give this location another chance. For carry-out, I eventually get my food but with no time left to eat the food. I'm always trying to shovel down the food as quickly as I can as I'm driving back to my job to try and get back on the clock in time. Food is the same as any other location, I recommend going non-peak hours.
