Food is always delicious. They do have healthy plates you can pick from! Never had a problem with them.

My first time there and it was off the chain great. The food is superb, the atmosphere is clean and appealing and the service of the employees was very friendly. Oh yeah, and the prices are very reasonable and competitive. Yes, I do absolutely recommend El Pollo Loco.

The service is very friendly. The restaurant is clean and well stocked. The location has easy access from and to the freeway. The food was ready quickly and tasted great.

We have had the most pleasant customer service when we visit this location. Our cashier Johnicha was amazing! Even while cleaning the tables on our first visit, she was respectful to not clean too close to us while eating. On our second visit she remembered us and gave a warm smile; very much needed after chasing my toddler students around all day!???? My husband enjoyed the clean condiment area and soft music. We've visited the Dallas location on Forest Lane, and nothing compared to the Grand Prairie location!
