Uncle Buck's Brewery and Steakhouse

First of all, the waitstaff gives you a nice Texas welcome. We went straight upstairs to the bar so we could try their in- house beer. The bartender made us feel most welcome and was really knowledgeable about the brewing. We were just there for lunch. I had the impossible burger and onion rings; both awesome. Tom had the steak sandwich and he loved it. The Red Ale beer was a winner! Also tried the tongue twister and enjoyed it very much! Will be back to try the fish and alligator!

Nice room and ambiance. Friendly and quick service. Enjoyed the food. Beers were fine although not world class. I'd go again.

This was our second trip to Uncle Buck's Steakhouse, the first trip was 10 years ago and we really could not remember much about it, the food was good but not what we were expecting. The staff was very friendly and attentive however there were only 3 tables with customers including us. The table at which we were sat was not the cleanest. If we had it to do all over again we would have dined somewhere else, do to the higher expectations we had that evening.
