Shake Shack

Food was delicious...but good lord do they move so slow. Then again, there probably isn’t much incentive to move faster. I seen a lot of food hanging out, and a lot of hungry people...you all need to fix that, because that doesn’t make sense.

I feel a great deal of pain giving shake shack a 3 star review. This is the third shake shack I have been two after reading the book of the owner. The first two (ny and Seattle) lives up to the expectations of the experience.
This location sacrifices their standards and principles for location.
1. No beer or wine. Very disappointing when that is one of the signature traits of the restaurant group who runs it.
2. Not shake shack employees, rather airport employees. That means no living wages, no medical or health benefits, and subsequently terrible service.

Shake Shack stands on a tower of culture, but this location has slipped and fallen.

It gives me no pleasure to write this review.

This is our favorite burger place! We were so excited to see one in the Dallas airport! We recently moved from the DC area and have missed eating at Shake Shack. The staff was so friendly and our food was delicious! My son accidentally left his favorite shark, Duke, at the restaurant and we didn’t realize it until we were on our flight. I contacted the team and Tom was so great. He not only found my son’s shark, but he sent a picture of the shark making shakes and burgers! It made my son’s day! Thanks for going above and beyond to not only make our dining experience so great, but also making my son feel so much better about missing his favorite stuffed animal. It’s so appreciated!!! We’ll be back whenever we can!

I got a late flight tonight and stopped in to grab a shack burger and was greeted by an excellent manager who was very attentive to her team of employees along with the customers and operations of the business. She was very kind and had excellent leadership skills from my observation. Was definitely pleased with my experience and most importantly...THE FOOD!
