Cinemark Tinseltown Grapevine and XD

With the installation of recliners and assigned seating, this is once again our favorite theater. Ticket prices are tied for the best in the city. The theater is always clean and the employees are always courteous. You can tell the owner/s of this location really appreciates his/her/their customers, because they are always reinvesting in the property to enhance the experience for movie goers. I think that is why this location has remained successful, even after lots of competition moved into the area/entered the market. We really appreciate their efforts to keep this place so nice.

Somebody out here asked me if this theater served alcohol and I said no, but we just realized tonight that they now do, over in the cafe area. It's a tiny sliver, I am not sure it's fully stocked, but what they do have is probably popular (I'm not a drinker, so I don't know how to evaluate their offering). Cinemark Tinseltown Grapevine and XD was a very clean and poppin' place. The thing I did not like however was the fact that they only had one person in their actual kitchen full service concession area. The poor guy was getting killed because of course people wanted the real food and not your normal popcorn, candy and soda routine. Others than that the luxury reclining chairs were great, however I will say if you are a plus size male or female this may not be the theater for you. I say this because I am a plus size woman and it was a very tight for in the chair and there was really no room to maneuver for my purse and to really just get comfortable. Others than that it was a wonderful experience and I'll be back once I drop a couple of pounds.

It's always a good experience at a great price. With the new bar and grill it gives you lots of options. You can easily spend a few hours here. Last time we bought dinner, and ate while watching our movie.

Has to be THE BEST Cinemark Tinseltown in DFW, and I've been to many. I bring my kids here regularly and always enjoy the heated recliner seats, and the service at the concession has always met my expectations. Keep up the GREAT work.

I love this location! I meant to write a review back in April when I saw Endgame on the day it came out.. let me tell y'all, they have the nicest staff ever! There was a boy behind the counter i think his name was Patrick, he was so theatrical and was making it a special experience for the people in line in front of me as well as myself. You can never go wrong with service with a smile!
