Quality breakfast food. Never had a wait, but most of the time now I just call in a to go order. Try the blueberry muffins. Might be the best I’ve ever had and I don’t say that lightly.

I can't believe this place is so close to my work and I only JUST gave it a try! It's a cozy little place and the staff are wonderful. I LOVED the chicken salad sandwich and was pleasantly surprised to receive fries of the curly variety as my side. I already know I'm going to try the BLT on my next visit and keep an eye on their rotating daily specials.

Spinach and chicken omelette was great. French toast tasted like it was cooked all the way through. Service was good. Overall it was a nice breakfast experience.

What's not to like at this location? Great breakfast, casual atmosphere, and no servers to deal with (though I recommend giving the staff a tip at the register; they do a great job).

The way the Grapevine location works is that you go to the counter to grab a menu (unless you already know what you want - just look at my pictures of the menu), order and pay at the same counter, get your own drink, then find a seat and wait for your meal to arrive at your table (FYI, some people use a relative/friend to save a seat right when they walk in because of the limited seating).

I'm a big fan of things like the Migas or the Huevos De Fred (which is basically a mess of various breakfast items in a bowl) while my wife goes for anything that includes egg whites and is on the more healthier side of the menu.

We find the food prepared well and since the last interaction you usually have with the staff is when they bring you your food, this is a great place to relax, read a book/paper, and/or chat with your friends or family members without being interrupted.

If you're looking for a nice relaxed casual (and tasty) breakfast then I couldn't recommend this location enough.
