    Don’t get me wrong I really love this place but it’s just the morning shift people always fail to put whip cream on my mocha or white mochas because according to Starbucks menu and coffee making procedures mocha white mocha and holiday lattes come with whip cream unless i specifically tell them not to put, which i never do...but they never put whip cream in my hot drinks ?
    besides that they always get everything right and always treats Customer well

    I’ve been to several Starbucks locations and this one is the very best! The young lady who helped me today was so sweet and has the best customer service! I typically always order the same tea every time I go to Starbucks and it’s either too watery or not warm enough. This location gave me the best Honey Citrus Mint Tea I’ve had! It was just the right temperature & the perfect taste! I will most definitely continue to go to this location!

    Best Starbucks in Grapevine. Best staff, amazing drinks, never wrong, great food and gifts. Love them!
