Always good coffee and service. Pumpkin Spice has started for the season!

Placed a mobile order, went to drive through, was told it would be ready at the window.

Get to the window, get my sandwich, guy tells me there's one more item.. be right back..

comes back and tells me that my drink was given to someone else (why??)and asked what I had ordered. I explain my husbands custom coffee order to him (which is why we use mobile it can be a tad confusing) and then sit and wait in the drive through while they remake my mobile order that should have already been ready.

After minutes or waiting, I receive the coffee and it's so full it's coming out of the straw slots, getting espresso(the most crucial part of the coffee) all over my car.

Honestly pretty disappointed with the level of service here.

Great service and great beverage. Only negative is wait time to place an order at drive thru on weekday mornings.

This is the place to study with many outlets for charging cell phones and laptops in a relaxed atmosphere. Nice staff and very clean store. Outside seating if you prefer. Easy to locate and easier to spend time in such a cool coffee shop. There are plenty of tables for students. You need to try this.
