Sumo Sushi

Absolutely love it here! They have seating at the bar. Service was fast and good. I ordered a house salad with ginger dressing (dressing was a tad spicier than I'm used to but good) and the Crunch Roll which was fabulous!! The Crunch Roll is shrimp tempura, crab, cucumber, tempura flakes, eel sauce, avocado, fish eggs - yummm.

Second visit and I went to pay my take out bill... the young man said he could not give me correct change, that left him a huge tip for take out. I think it's bad business not to have change for your customers. My bill was 27, I have him 40, he gave me 7 back. He took a 6.00 tip for take out. I'm a good tipper, but I like to decide what I'm giving, not being forced to do it. I gave it a 3 because my roll was good.

For being in a strip mall off the 287 kind of a ways from a larger city where you would normally find good sushi..this was a surprising little gem.. service was very good almost to the point of too much...but can't complain. For the sushi it not the best I've ever had but it's up there in the top 5.. highly recommend if you like sushi and your in the area, stop by and try it..

Service was great and fast. Smoked salmon was kind of not smoked enough. Its not a place to go for a date, its more like a place to eat when you are hungry. It would be great if they would serve a different black tea, I just have big pack of Lipton tea at home. :))
