Brookside Cafe

Oh my goodness! SO delicious that I started eating and forgot to get a pic. I tried the Hawaiian Punch pancakes. Really fluffy and tasty. I didn't even need syrup. My daughter had the smores pancakes with eggs and turkey bacon. She doesn't like her bacon so crisp, but I thought it was perfect. Eggs had great flavor and texture. Friendly people, clean and timely service. They also have some great specials, which I intend to try out. There is also a drive through, if you want to grab your chow and go.

Update- We went again very soon after my first review because I wanted to show my husband the place. Food was still good. Waiter was friendly. But the hostess was absolutely awful. She didn't greet us, didn't ask to put us on the list (so we couldn't sit down with our kid, cause there was a line). 2 other waiters greeted us and eventually one of them sat us. Hostess never said a word to us and didnt give us silverware. She had time to talk and joke with other staff and straighten chairs though. If that had been my first experience I probably just would have left and gone somewhere else. So docking a star. It's still a good restaurant, was just disappointed with that service.

My wife and I were feeling lazy so instead of cooking breakfast we went to Brookside Cafe and we had a wonderful experience. I had the Banana Nut French Toast it was delicious and my wife had two sunny side up eggs and pancakes and our food was great. So if you ask us you should give it a shot and our waitress Beth was great made the experience even better.

The staff was super nice & professional. The atmosphere was genuine & food fabulous!
I got the Hawaiian punch pancakes to share with my 2.5 year old son, they were amazing ! My first time here & I'll definitely be back & tell everyone! Our waitress, Amber, was polite, engaging, just overall great service !!
