Outback Steakhouse

Beautiful evening. Food cooked perfectly. Good bar drinks. Waitress's timing was awesome:
Not hovering; didn't have to chase her down.

I ordered a sirloin with mac and cheese and grilled asparagus. The steak came out perfect at nice pink medium. Love the bread. Austin our waiter was very friendly and attentive. He was great and friendly and had welcoming smile. I cant wait to return. See my leftovers I took home with me...yum

Of course the steaks & service was exceptional. We took a booth in the bar which was convenient & eliminated the wait.
Perhaps the 100° day & max capacity that prevented their a/c from keeping up, I don't know, but multiple customers were complaining.
I prefer not to sweat when being served no matter where I dine. There were no explanations or apologies for the uncomfortable condition.

Went here around 4 PM and there was no wait at all. Food is always good at this location. Highly recommend. We always get the 6 ounce sirloin with the two sides. I also like they have the onion petals!

You need to have a good server in order to feel confident in your choice that can help describe your dish more. Depending on when you go to outback, they may be out of your drink that you want. So have a backup plan. The mango lemonade is a great choice. They have good soft drinks as in they are Not flat. The restaurant can be a little loud but has nice lighting.
