We ordered from Door Dash who said the order went through we were even contacted by the driver who said they were at the restaurant. An hour and a half later we had no food and Door Dash had canceled our order saying they didn’t have any drivers to deliver in that area???? Shortly after the restaurant contacted us directly saying the food was never picked up. When I explained what had happened they not only offered to deliver the order themselves, but make us completely fresh food and promised to get it to us as soon as possible. The driver showed up about 20 min later with fresh hot food and was so apologetic for our experience & thankful for our patronage. Businesses take note, this is how to handle customer service. We absolutely loved everything we tried and have ordered again from them. Their pizza was one of the best we have tried since moving here. Please support this business!!! This is the best service we have ever had and everyone raved about the food and the service. The food was amazing. We had 40 people there and not one unhappy word spoken. Update 3/19/19: My wife and I just tried eating there with our daughter's, but decided to walk out due to the horrible attitude that one of the servers had. We have been going there for years and dealing with that one server's attitude, but today we just had enough. Needless to say, we just lost our favorite Mongolian place, since we will not be going back there. I took two stars off due to the bad experience.”

The Turkey, bacon, avocado on a cinamon raisin bagel toasted w/ tomato, lettuce and mayo was , unfortunarely ,TOO BIG to finish! And then add the crunchy dill spear and potato salad!
