Niki's Italian Bistro

Excellent food, impeccable service. This was my first time visiting. My friend ordered us an appetizer with several different items - including shrimp stuffed mushrooms - and it was sublime. Their fresh bread is delicious if slightly saltier than I usually like. Overall a great dining experience. I will return!

Excellent as always. All the food on the menu is awesome. My wife and I eat here at least once a week. We have never had a bad experience in the 5 years we've been eating here. And on Friday and Saturday nights they have a live pianist. The staff is the best out of all the restaurants we eat at.

We had two entrées, both of which were excellent. Homemade pastas with wonderful sauces. One had a creamy pesto sauce and one was a cheesy-white sauce with wine. The bread was good. The salad and homemade salad dressings (we tried all 3) were good. The service was very good (our waiter had been there for many, many years and was a real pro). But we finished with desert that was a big let-down. We had an amaretto cheesecake and a chocolate mouse cake and both were utterly useless. They were bland and completely did a disservice to the wonderful meal we had just had. If they had only sourced (or better yet, made their own) good desserts, they would have certainly earned 5-stars.
