Firehouse Subs

I love firehouse sandwiches, I could probably eat here every day. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because this one is so slow at times it just doesn't make sense.

Cisco is the reason why we keep coming back to this location, he remembers our favorite subs and how we like them. the food is always good, that Cajun chicken sub is one of my favorites.

Tried the new Cajun chicken sandwich and it tastes as good as it looks. Decent amount of time to wait for quality food.

Food is generally great! never mess up a order. but the staff inside are so rude.

ordered online and ran in to pick up my order, it was already paid for so i literally was just picking the stuff up.

The girl at the register told me ''for online pick ups you have to go to the other end of the counter'' when i looked down the counter my stuff was sitting on the top of the table waiting and i was the only person in the store at the time. I explained to her that if i am just picking up already paid for items theirs no reason she couldn't walk down and get my stuff for me no matter what side of the counter i was on. She rolled her eyes at me and brought me my food after and i left.

You need to explain to your staff that it should not be a argument for them to WALK my food down to me if i already paid for everything. Very rude and quite honestly its apart of their job for customer service. When i worked in food service i always brought the customers their food no matter where they were in the store if it was already paid for. They did ME a service by having it already paid.

Just rude staff, good food though.

Fantastic location and staff. Great quality food. It can be super busy during peak times so bear that in mind
