Lo-Lo's Chicken & Waffles

The chicken is pretty good. Cooked a little hard but good. Our waiter was inexperienced and had to get assistance from the Manager but we enjoyed our visit. The sides are canned if you don't mind paying for canned veggies. For the price, it could be much better. The chicken was good.

Food is good but the service is poor. I've been here several times, no problem until one day I came and was seated but never had the opportunity to order anything. Gave it another try on a different day, same results. Seated but no waiter came over to serve me and my husband after waiting for 15 minutes so we left. I'll never come here again, I go to Madea's when I want soul food. The service is great and the food taste much better.

I ate here back in 2017 and the food was great!!! The food was so good I overstuffed myself eating so much. It was well seasoned and flavorful. Just recently at here and was very disappointed. Went during lunch hours but they didn't have many customers so I assumed it wouldn't take long to be served. The waiter we had either seemed to be HIGH or SLOW! He was very forgetful about the food/drinks we ordered, bringing our drinks out to our table, and didn't check on us periodically because he was busy talking with other customers(who wasn't in his area of serving)so we had to ask other waitresses for help. The food was not great at all! It wasn't seasoned or had any flavor to it. Not sure if the restaurant was having a bad day, but I hope things have improved

The food was seriously good. The service was great as well. We tried the Stupid Fries as an appetizer and all four of us ordered some different form of chicken and waffles. Such a perfect combination of salty and sweet. I can't wait to go back.
