It was massive (and $40, because it was 1.9 lbs.!!) But it was falling off the bone and absolutely dissolved in my mouth!! I cannot ever visit without having their stellar brisket! The meat had a decent flavor, but it came with rice, beans and Velveeta cheese. No lettuce, sour cream, or tomato. The staff was very nice and it was clean. Not worth returning for us.”

“My mom and I ate there on Father's Day.. The staff was friendly and fast, however the chicken was dry and unflavored. I have crispy and it was a slightly different color than my mom's original. And very dry and no taste, however I was trying to make the visit pleasant since my grandfather is no longer with us and my mom was down in spirit to begin with so I can not say that the staff wouldn't have tried to make my complaint right because they seemed like they would have done something. They were that nice.”

“Awesome, no-frills BBQ. Despite the pit being nowhere in sight, the all-wood decor should feel right at home for any BBQ restaurant veterans. The menu has all the staples (brisket, ribs, etc), and even ribeye for those wanting something a bit more. Both the turkey and sliced brisket were cooked perfectly, and came with a tangy BBQ sauce that complemented both. The okra and veggies were great sides, neither one overcooked. The potato salad was a bit unusual, being more mashed than usual, but still flavorful. All of this great food was complemented by the terrific servers, who kept our drinks full and offered great suggestions.”
