Tried the $4 quick lunch special and everything was cooked to perfection little to no grease considering what I ordered was deep fried. “I had just gotten back into town from working a long day and going to class for the rest of my day. I stopped in at huddle house to get some food and relax before going home. I was exhausted and just looking for food and not in the best of moods. I sat down and was greeted by Izzy. She was very friendly and helpful with the menu. We had a nice conversation which helped turn my night around. What’s best of all was after telling her my day she dad the perfect suggestions of what to eat. By the end she had made my day so much better and I had a huge full gut to go to bed with. I found the nearest manager named Jacob and he and I had a wonderful conversation as well! “The family & staff are kind. When we were being cashed out, she asked in Spanish if we speak Spanish as well. I said no, but I'm learning. She nodded, and told us she was going to speak in Spanish. She repeated our order and kindly slowed down when she spoke. Being Hispanic and not knowing Spanish has always made me nervous to attempt to speak/understand the language. I felt entirely grateful to have a patient person give us a little lesson. Such a great place. Definitely coming back for those brisket burritos & Spanish lessons haha 😎”

Went to the new restaurant and the food was excellent. The restaurant has a larger more spacious seating area and it was very clean and a perfect setting.
