Kerbey Lane Cafe - Westlake

This was everything we were hoping for when we heard about how great this place was. We ate at noon on Sunday and although it was busy it was a great experience and we will be back. Also want to mention they offer a military discount.

Amazing food!!!! The staff super friendly service was really fast even if they were busy, Sabrina our server was super cool! Definitely a must see spot if you’re in the area.

Maybe the most memorable service i’ve ever experienced. I sat at the bar during late lunch hours and a waitress bumped me on as she passed with her tray; it probably wasn’t even hard enough to knock over a glass of water. She apologized right away and I assured her it was not a problem. Apparently she felt so bad she let the manager know, who then told me my meal was taken care of for the inconvenience.

i was very impressed with the courtesy, friendliness, and warmth of the whole staff, in addition to a meal that was very satisfying (fried avocado eggs something, it was on an english muffin).

I’ve never had anything resembling a bad experience at any Kerbey Lane, but this was more than an exceptional experience and deserves well-earned recognition

Quintessential Austin diner experience. The atmosphere and food are both good. This one was nice but I prefer the original location. The food here was good but its starting to taste a little generic, chain-like.

Hands down the best customer service. The waitress, Karen G, was on the spot with refills, taking away dishes, and us being new to Austin she offered places to visit and things to do. She even asked others and wrote down a list for us. The place was busy as well. The food was really good. She even comped our meal! My wife, having been a waitress for years, was so impressed we left a large tip. Will definitely be back.
