Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen

Had dinner there on a recent Saturday night. Unfortunately it's a very loud restaurant, which I don't enjoy.

The service was good after a short wait. I had fried oysters which were quite tasty but were not piping hot, nor were the french fries. If they hadn't been reasonably good I would have given a lower rating.

I've eaten here before and it's possible they were having an off night, possibly due to the crowd, so I will go back again, some time.

Pappadeaux always has quality ingredients, good service, and attention to detail. The huge portions and freshness justify the prices. Everything from the red beans and rice up to the lobster is well executed.

Great decor...the location is neat, well maintained, and pleasant to just sit and wait for a table. The food is amazing, everyone at my table of 12 was pleased with the quality of the food. The desert selection and taste is legendary. The only two things keeping this from a 5 star were a couple of missing items from the table and the overall price seems pretty high, even for seafood. Lunch prices are pretty reasonable , though. We'll definitely be back.

My waitress was great but I forgot her name. I sat in the quiet room and she was kinda short with black short hair. It was me and my daughter and the balloon Man came in the room in the back where we were sitting. The food was great ???? and the band was great ???? We didn't have to wait to long for a table and we got there at peak time 7:30. Best one ever in Austin Texas ????????????

Wife and I went to celebrate our anniversary. The place was packed but we were seated quickly and the service was stellar. Our waitress noticed we were celebrating our anniversary, complemented us and offered a delicious dessert on the house. The food is great. Totally recommend.
