(May 4, 2018, 12:28 am)On this first visit, we only tried the baleadas - a staple in Honduras. A large, thick house made flour tortilla is heated on the grill then filled with Honduran style refried beans and a crumbled salty cheese. The baleadas here are delicious and authentic. I can't wait to try more!
