Do not be fooled by the fact this place is a bakery, which by the way is also very delicious. This place has amazing sandwiches and the portions are so big you will be full with half of one. Worry not, save the other half for dinner. Delicious.
My husband and I used to always stop in on the weekend to purchase a few of their pastries! Even if we were trying something new the quality was good. their selection is probably its best in the mornings by the late afternoon of course their selection is limited to only a few a different pastries. They also offer fresh squeezed orange juice that is done 8n front of you it's really neat. Being a bakery they also offer custom and personalized cakes with either designs or a kit on top.
They also have a restaurant on the other side but it doesn't really hold up to quality. I've gotten a few different things from the menu from different visits but the taste isn't really good
But I'd definitely recommend the pasties!
Visited here for a retirement party. You can reserve their private room free of charge, and given a dedicated waitperson. We had Hector and he was awesome. He had to be very experience because there had to be at least 30 of us, and we were never left waiting for service. The room could be a little more inviting considering how festive the rest of the place was.
However, this is a restaurant and you go there to eat. My food was horrible except for the green rice. I noticed that no one finished their plate, and it wasn't because of the portions. Their prices reflect good quality Mexican food, but the taste and portions didn't justify it. None of us could understand why this place was so busy!
Very pleased with the food here. Very delicious. 3 tacos for $4.99 was great for me. It filled me up. Friendly staff. You can watch them prepare your food through the windows. They have a great selection of pastries too.
