    Food was fine, but the employee working the day we visited was not very approachable or helpful when someone in our group had a question. I don’t think I would order from them again.

    Ok, I have to give 5 stars, why? Super fast service!!! We tried the Brisket Mac & Cheese, Mushrooms Tamales, Kale Cesar Salad and Caramel & Cinnamon Churros and I had everything ready in less than 5 mins!! Quality was excellent, seriously; for a food truck and how quick ( pre- ready) of course, was excellent !!!

    Wow this place is a gem. So lucky we bumped into Ginger Amarillo, the food is out of this world!!! Brisket Mac&Cheese is so good it lets you craving for more. The kale Cesar salad was so unique and flavorful, my new favorite salad. Make sure to try the churros with caramel, OMG best churros ever! Coming back for sure. Great spot right next to Austin Cider and Friends & Allies.

    One of our favorite food trucks! Winner of the Texas Food Truck Festival's Most Unique Menu. Brisket mac-n-cheese and seasonal items are our favorites. Austin original, frequently spotted at local breweries. "Rock out with your Dillo out."
