Holding true to the TacoDeli standard of food... PLUS, this location had the FRIENDLIEST staff I've ever come across. Such a breath of fresh air!

I was so glad I stopped by Tacodeli! I was visiting Austin and wanted a good place to grab tacos, and this place came on the list. I really love the restaurant atmosphere and the outdoor seating is really nice. The workers were all extremely friendly and wanted to know where I was from. Additionally, the menu options are fantastic! From breakfast tacos to great lunch specials, there’s plenty to choose. Their side items are also delicious, particularly their mashed potatoes. It made seem weird to have that at a taco place, but they are so good! Prices aren’t too bad, though portions are on the smaller side. You won’t be stuffed, but you’ll be happily satisfied! If you’re in the Austin area, stop by Tacodeli!

Had ordered Space Cowboy. It was the first time I was trying out Tacodeli and I loved it! It is one of the better places to try out if you like Mexican food.

I'm ashamed that I've lived in Austin for over 30 years and I've never been here. Now that's changed, and I'll be back tomorrow. I got some breakfast tacos. Taco is good, salsa is good, but that's not why I'm impressed. The humans helping me out, and others I've heard assisting various peeps, are so freaking nice! I was asked if I'd been here before, and I hesitated to answer no for fear of being judged, or hearing a huge sigh and pretty much "it's a taco place, here's the menu". But the guy behind the counter was soooo nice! Guiding me through the menu, offering suggestions, telling me "how it works". No joke, I'm coming back tomorrow. For better or worse, you just got another regular.

Very cool place! There is a wait but if it's nice outside, there's tables to sit at and you can enjoy the view while waiting. The wait is worth it. I had The Heather. I appreciate the vegetarian and vegan options. The taco was amazing!!
