Wow I’ve seen this place for a while but today was my first time trying them.
The pizza was amazing and the staff was very very friendly.
Highly recommend!
My waiter rob was so cool and friendly!
I took my 5 year old son to try out a new pizza place and we landed on Via 313 and I’m so glad we did! The entire experience was excellent! The staff working lunch on 4/6 was on point! The hostess to the waitress to the bartender all went out of their way to be warm and friendly. The pizza was top notch- some of the best pizza I’ve had in a while! They brought my son dough to play with and brought us meatballs on the house! I wish it were closer to my everyday life bc I would be a regular. I didn’t taste the beers but it looked like a solid selection. Overall food and customer experience were 5 stars!
Fresh FRESH FRESH! Every ingredient that goes into this pizza seems like it was just delivered. You can literally taste the freshness with every bite.
Unfortunately that comes with a price...and it's a hefty one. Easily looking at $30+ for two people.
Seating is also cramped.
Overall pretty great pizza. Will probably go once every other month because of price.
Via 313 is INCREDIBLE to say the absolute least. The atmosphere is hip and friendly and the staff was extremely welcoming. The food stole the show, though. The caesar salad was unique and flavorful. The Detroit style pizza is a must. We ordered the carnivore and it had pepperoni, ham, bacon, and sausage. The pizza was the perfect combination of crispy, flaky, and cheesy, and after trying the first bite we were sold. The sauce was unbeatable. To top this experience off, the manager, Anna, gave us a free cinnamon stick dessert which was awesome as well. It really made the whole experience for us. Another shout out to Courtney for being such a friendly waiter. Will definitely be back because this is the best pizza I've had in Austin to date!
EDIT:
While this may be the best pizza, they have a hard time following customer instructions. I consistently ask for extra sauce. This is on their menu. 90% of the time I do not get extra sauce. I don't understand why this single thing is such a difficult problem. Dropped from 5 stars to 4. Not a big deal but the devil is in the details.
This is seriously the best pizza I've ever had and continue to have. I prefer extra sauce on mine.
