Great food, interesting rolls, and super fresh fish. Polite service with tons of food options, add in cold beer on tap and it's a no brainer to go here!

One of the biggest heartaches my wife and I shared about moving from our last home was the realization we'd have to look for a favorite sushi spot again. We came from a land of burgers and BBQ on every corner, and those restaurants that didn't "fit in" were quickly ousted. One sushi place managed to cling on to the driftwood and float on, even if their sushi was hit or miss sometimes.

I'm happy to report that Cho Sushi has become our new favorite sushi spot. Outrageously good sushi, generous portions, and a price that was *better* than the spot back home.

My wife ordered the Tiger Eye and Seattle (she'll eat Seattles until they go extinct), and I ordered the Love Sushi, a combination platter of multiple types of sushi along with a California roll. There were no survivors nor complaints.

Lee was insanely awesome, extremely nice, and genuinely made us feel welcomed. He had a great sense of humor without ever once breaking out of a courteous demeanor. Seriously, he's freaking great.

Unfortunately the sushi was so good I forgot to take pictures, but I'll correct that mistake next time...if I can muster the willpower to abstain from digging in.

Don't let the demure store facade trick you; this place is a heavy hitter.

If you're looking for quality Asian cuisine in Lakeway, you really can't find many other places than Cho Sushi. Their meat is always flavorful, and ingredients taste fresh. The place can sometimes feel empty even near noon, but the staff always feel welcoming! Fully recommend!

Excellent food and super cozy atmosphere make this a perfect dinner spot! Great variety of specialty sushi rolls. My favorites are the Double Shrimp Roll, the Texas Roll, and the Bentley Roll. Staff is very friendly and they take reservations too!
