    The Indian lady who works evenings 100% exceeded my expectations of customer service.

    My mobile order took 25 minutes to show up on her side. By the time it did I had already re-ordered and was eating, and she could tell I was frustrated, and she really handled the situation well and did things to make me happy.

    She’s a keeper employee and absolutely worth a raise. Excellent customer service from her!

    Order was perfect and made quickly. New kiosk ordering is very easy with its xlarge touch screen. Never have to stand in line. The days of waiting up to 10 minutes to place your order are over.
